POINT

Once inside an old folk house that blends into the idyllic countryside, there is a nice interior reminiscent of a European B & B. It is a kitchen studio run by Junko Hamilton, who has an Irish husband as her husband and has lived in the area. You can enjoy delicious Tango ingredients with simple Irish home-cooked food and sweets.
POINT
02
A guesthouse created with the theme of "staying like a living". Guests can participate in a hands-on tour of Kyotango while interacting with the locals. In particular, the custom "Sanabori" that takes place during the rice planting season is a must-see. Escape the hustle and bustle of the city and spend the luxury of country life.
POINT
03
We will open this facility as a gathering place for local festivals, Sunday markets, and various events. Tourists and locals are not separated, and they get excited together and become like a new type of public hall.

Making Miso Class

The Traveling Fermenter, gave my wife and me an amazing experience. We will enjoy this event for years to come as we prepare our own Miso. My wife is a great cook and the Miso experience opened new foods and recipes to our family. We had a great time with the personalized lesson and the caring approach only made the time more enjoyable. I intend to recommend this experience to friends and family alike.
